A software company, built one product at a time

Vincent
Technology

Every product we build starts with a number, not a hunch — the hours it saves, the cost it cuts, the return it has to prove before it ships. Vincent is the first. STEM Lab is next.

What we're building

Vincent Technology is a small group of products, not a single tool.

Live & building

Vincent

Document automation for small business. Reads incoming paperwork, flags what needs a human, and keeps an audit trail — so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

STEM Lab

A commercialized STEM lab, currently taking shape. More details as it gets closer to launch.

Planned

And more

Vincent Technology has additional products in early planning. We'll share them here as they're ready.

Vincent, our first product

Three steps, in the order a document actually moves through your business.

01

Read

Vincent parses incoming documents — PDFs, scans, uploaded forms — and pulls out the fields that matter: amounts, dates, obligations, signatures still owed.

02

Flag

Every document gets a risk score based on what's missing, inconsistent, or out of policy, so your team reviews the ten documents that need a human, not the thousand that don't.

03

Record

Every action — who reviewed what, when, and what changed — lands in an audit trail automatically, so "what happened to this contract" has an answer without a search party.

About

Vincent Technology started from a simple observation: most small businesses don't have a documents problem, they have a documents-nobody-has-time-for problem.

Vincent, our first product, is built to sit inside the actual workflow of a small operations team, not to be another tab they forget to open. It's the first of several — STEM Lab is already in development, with more products planned behind it. Same team, same standard: ship something a business actually relies on, not something that only demos well.
